Excellent property near North Campus. It's our third visit in the last three years, and the level of service is the same high standard at all times. The rooms are spacious, the staff are polite, and the food is delicious and hygienic. The old-world charm and the quietness of the place make the stay memorable. I only wish they had a slightly more space in the cafeteria on the ground floor. It is too cramped.

We visited this property in May this year while on our golden triangle tour to Delhi and other areas.Situated near the Kashmiri gate,it is a resort themed heritage hotel of the Oberoi hotels group.Initally we thought it was a standalone hotel,but was intrigued seeing the high ratings of the place.When we got to know it belonged to the EIH group,we absolutely had to check it out.Upon arrival,we were warmly greeted by the security who already knew our name, and was then greeted by the reception staff and seated in the lobby area and served welcome drinks which were refreshing.We observed the property is showing signs of age,by is clean and well maintained.We saw mostly foreigner guests in the property and were also told they serve mostly foreign clientele and it is their most favourite hotels.After sitting for a while,their assistant manager of sales came to meet us who gave us the entire showaorund of the property.He was a nice and friendly person and he first took us to the bar and let us have their signature mocktail which was very refreshing.Then he showed us their all day dining restaurant which was spacious with ample sitting arrangement and also had a nice outdoor sitting area filled with lush greenery which we admired very much as it's very rare to find such places in the heart of a city.The property is a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate in the lap of nature without living the city.It is spread across vast areas,filled with lawns,trees and gardens ideal for morning walks and enjoy the pristine nature.The rooms are spread across different wings,with base category rooms being the heritage rooms and the next category(premier room) being the newly renovated rooms which are more spacious and has a dedicated shower area,which unfortunately the heritage rooms lack as there you will have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower.Their suites are also newly renovated rooms which are very spacious and have separate living room and bedroom.The 2 most highlighting feature of this property is the staff and the price point on which it is sold.The base category rooms start at 10k,and their most expensive presidential suite sells at 35k.So they have aggressive competitive pricing.At 10k,the base rooms have ample space and are pretty much worth it.The staff here is exceptional,with each member of them greeting us everytime we were passing through them,being extremely polite and courteous.Getting rooms at such low price coupled with such exceptional hospitality is quite essentially a dream come TRUE for every guest.Mr Azad showed us one room and one suite and explained in depth about the property while taking us to explore other areas of the property as well.We also saw mango trees there spread out across the property which highlights special care taken for their gardens as well.We also saw their pool,located at a height and was a very spacious pool similar to others seen in any 5 star properties.Mr Azad offers us some drinks and snacks and we ordered some cold coffee,green tea and Kathi rolls.All were served very fast and the food taste was commendable as well.Each server we met had a smile on their face,ready to assist showing their affection towards a guest.We sat at their outdoor restaurant where we had our drinks and food and had a lengthy conversation with the sales manager regarding our trips and other matters.He was a nice and friendly person whom we liked a lot.The gm also came to meet us once and she also enquired about how we liked the property.After a while,it was time for us to leave.The manager accompanied us till we sat in our car and wished us good bye.Hoping to come and stay here once to enjoy the signature oberoi hospitality.

Any season is good for a visit to the vibrant city of New Delhi as long as you have a place you can where you can rest between visiting sites, attending events and carrying out business. The Maidens Hotel is the ideal place for visitors to Delhi. Located in the Civil Lines district, there are good ways to get around, including; metro, taxis and private cars. The excellent staff at the hotel are very helpful. All the rooms are good. I usually request a large room because I bring my work and combine my stay with considering it to be a working-holiday.

Excellent stay at the Maidens hotel. The staff are attentive and very helpful. This wonderful hotel is an oasis of calm in the heart of the city. The food is exquisite. I'll be back the next time I'm in Delhi.

A beautiful heritage hotel Though it’s not centrally located the old world charm of the hotel is v good. The service from front desk to the dining staff and the chef went out of his way to cater for our veg menus enjoyed and coming back soon. Front desk Deepa and Varsha personally went around to see to the customers needs.
